Painting Smiles @ Bras Basah Complex
NAFA x Central Singapore CDC
April 2019, as part of Central Singapore CDC’s Painting Smiles initiative, a total of 27 Fine Art and Art Teaching students participated in the design and creation of nine wall mural paintings now seen at the Bras Basah Complex.
